Information we receive

Newsletter and correspondence

When you subscribe, you provide your email address and consent to receive LP news and offers. The signup sends that information and a signup-source identifier to Klaviyo, our email service. If you email us, we receive your address, message and anything you choose to include.

Website requests

Hosting and other services that deliver this website receive technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages or files, request times and browser information. Our hosting service maintains access logs and backups.

Preferences on your browser

This site uses browser storage to remember your age confirmation, motion preference and accessibility settings. The age question stores an adult confirmation, not your date of birth or an identity document. Accessibility choices stay on your browser; the accessibility tools do not send them to an external widget provider.

Map use

The Nevada map searches a list of places within your browser. Search text is not sent to an external geocoding service. Loading the map requests map tiles and related files from VersaTiles, which receives your IP address and information identifying the map area requested. We do not request your device’s precise location.

How information is used

Information is used to deliver the site, remember your choices, respond to messages, send the emails you request, and operate and protect the website and mailing list. This website has no visitor account, payment form, file-upload feature or visitor-facing AI service.

This website currently uses no analytics tools, advertising pixels or third-party advertising scripts. Following a link to a store or social platform takes you to another website with its own information practices.

Service providers and other disclosures

We do not sell personal information or share customer or email lists with partners for advertising.

GoDaddy provides hosting, Klaviyo processes newsletter signups and email delivery, and VersaTiles supplies map resources. Information reaches each provider when its service is used. These services may process information outside your state or country.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect rights and security. This notice covers the LP website; linked stores, social platforms and other third-party websites publish their own notices.

Your choices and requests

• Email: use the unsubscribe link in an LP marketing email, or contact us for help. You can choose not to subscribe and still browse the site.
• Browser preferences: reset accessibility choices in Accessibility settings. You can clear saved site data through your browser; clearing all site data also removes the remembered age and motion choices.
• Privacy requests: email hello@vvgnv.com to ask about information associated with you, request a correction or deletion, or submit a sale/sharing opt-out request.

Rights and exceptions depend on the law that applies to you. We may need information to verify a request before disclosing or changing personal information. Please do not send a password or identity document in your initial email. Nevada residents can use the same email address as the designated contact for a sale opt-out request.

Because this website does not use analytics or advertising tracking, browser “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals do not change its current behavior. You may still send an opt-out request directly.

Retention and security

Different records have different retention needs. Newsletter records, correspondence, access logs and backups are managed through their respective services. Contact us to ask about the information retained about you or to request deletion. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails; it does not necessarily delete all records, such as information needed to respect your unsubscribe choice.

Browser preferences remain until cleared or reset. We use safeguards to protect the site and its information, but no method of transmission or storage can guarantee complete security.

Adults only

The LP website is intended for adults 21 and older. If you believe someone under 21 has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.

Changes and contact

Updates to this notice will appear on this page with a revised date. Please review it when deciding whether to share information through the site.
